COVID-19感染或疫苗注射後對月經及生育的機轉尚不明確，文獻回顧以現代研究新型冠狀病毒對女性生殖軸的影響，結合中醫對「血室」及「腦－心－肝－腎」情志軸的概念，探討COVID-19與女性月經及生育能力的關聯。病例報告為一位42歲女性，在施打COVID-19疫苗後出現閉經，並診斷為早發性停經，需要長期服用荷爾蒙藥物，以熱入血室及情志軸切入，改善不適症狀，提升生活品質。

The mechanism of COVID-19 infection or vaccination on menstruation and fertility remain unclear. This literature review combines modern research on coronavirus impact on the female reproductive axis with the concepts of "Blood Chamber" and the "Brain-Heart-Liver-Kidney" emotional axis in traditional Chinese medicine to explore the association between COVID-19 and female menstruation and fertility. A case report is a 42-year-old woman had amenorrhea after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine and was diagnosed with premature menopause. She required long-term hormone therapy. Treatment with the concept of "heat in the Blood Chamber" and the emotional axis to alleviate discomfort symptoms and enhance quality of life.
