公民教育的目標在於透過教育歷程學習、內化整體憲政主義的邏輯,進一步作為批判思考社會議題的依據,以維繫政治社會的運作;值是,憲政主義應是公民教育是課程組織發展的核心。高中公民課程的內涵仰賴課程標準與課程綱要,是否能以理性、邏輯的方式呈現,這將會影響其後實質課程發展。本研究擬先以文獻分析方式探討憲政主義內涵,並略述課程相關理論,作為論述分析高中公民課程標準與綱要的相關依據。研究發現,兩份課程文件對於憲政主義元素的呈現邏輯零散不一致,因此對於回應公民教育目標,顯得力有未殆。 |
英文摘要 |
The goal of civic education is to internalize Constitutionalism in order to criticize social issues through it. Therefore, Constitutionalism is the core of civic education. The content of high school civic curriculum is basded on 'The Official High School Curriculum Standard and Guideline'. The research first introduces the elements of Constitutionalism and the theory of curriculum, and secondly analyze the official curriculum files. As revealed, the presentation of Constitutionalism isn't logical, and the official curriculum files can't meet the needs of civic education. |
