本研究以DeLone & Mclean於1992年所提出之探討資訊系統成功因素之六個分類為基礎,建構導入ERP系統績效的評估指標。以國內實際導入ERP系統的廠商為樣本,對專家群的意見進行因素分析,總結出符合國內實際現況的績效評估指標。

英文摘要

This research attempts to construct the performance measures of ERP systems, based on DeLone & McLean’s six categories of I/S success measures. This research uses the domestic ERP adopters as the sample. Factor Analysis is used to extract the ERP performance measures fit for Taiwan’s enterprises.
