尤其跨足兩岸之產業當面對引進資訊科技的決擇時,會針對公司經營策略、經濟、組織、環境、員工接受度等各種因素做全盤性之考量。應用一套有效規劃模式,使產業引進資訊系統時,在有限資源情況下獲得最佳化之結果,以協助跨足兩岸產業達成經營之績效。基於決策過程的客觀性與全面性考量因素,本研究透過定性方式之整合策略規劃(strategic planning)理論、品質機能展開(quality function deployment;QFD),定量方式之準則權重求取之層級程序分析法(analytic hierarchy process;AHP),方案評選排序之TOPSIS (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution),並結合群體決策(group decision model)分析,建置一套「跨足兩岸產業在規劃引進資訊系統」之模式。本研究以「××公司」為例,結果以行銷支援資訊系統下的市場資訊提供子系統為最優先考量引進,存貨資訊系統下的貨物配送子系統次之,財務資訊系統下的財務子系統為最後考量。

英文摘要

There are many limitations for adopting information systems of the industries across two sides. Base on operation strategy, economics, organization, environment and employee acceptance has to make an over views consideration for adopting information systems. Apply for a high performance adopt planning model, there are optima options result under resources limitation. The purpose is assistance the industries across two sides update operations performance. In this study, using quantitative research method of strategic planning, quality function deployment QFD and analytic hierarchy process AHP, and fuzzy multiple attribute decision making (MADM) for adopting information systems (IS) attributes. Utility technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) for adopting IS arranged. It also combined a group decision model that builds a planning for adopting the information systems in industries across two side model. ”×× CO., LTD” conducted a field study and concluded that for other across two sides industries when they plan to adopt information technical (IT) equipment. Result, the market sub-information systems of marketing IS was first thinking of adopting it, secondly thinking adopting was goods logistics sub-information systems of goods store information systems and lastly thinking adopting was the finance sub-information systems of finance IS.
