目前醫療成像的儀器中,能產生三維(3D)數據的有磁振造影(MRI)、電腦斷層掃描(CT)、正子發射斷層掃描(PET)或單光子發射斷層掃描(SPECT)等。三維數據資料顯示和分析的工具中,擷取等值面(iso-surface extraction)和表面重建技術(surface rendering)是其中相當重要的方法,本篇以ImageJ 3D viewer進行三維表面重建模型的理論、實作的過程和輸出動畫電影的步驟進行介紹,期望能夠作為一般使用者和教學的參考。 |

Current medical imaging modalities such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), Positron Emission Tomography (PET) or Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) yield three-dimensional (3D) data sets. Iso-surface extraction and surface rendering are the important approaches for 3D representation of the data set. This article introduces a freely available ImageJ 3D Viewer and shows the individual steps to construct the 3D surface rendering model. Additionally, a movie demonstrating can be created by the basic usage of ImageJ function. Expect this article to be able to become a reference of general user or aids for teaching purpose. |
