「音樂産業」是政府積極投資「文化創意産業」計書的重點産業,驚人産值成爲亞洲第三。如今大陸急起直追,台灣能否持續保有華文音樂中心的美稱,令人好奇。本研究先以Porter價值鏈分析法釐清台灣音樂産業的競爭,發現創作潛力和跨國集團的資本挹注、經營Know-how爲競爭,但有創作同質、人才流失的危機,産業必須補強創作端的價值活動。其次,唯有如Porter建言,與媒體産業達成産業群聚,以及因應數位通路崛起,與網路科技産業合作,透過藝人經濟的善用,創造三造互謀市場的機會,並藉助台北地緣之便,台灣音樂産業方能在華文音樂市場拔得頭籌。 |
英文摘要 |
“Music” is the prior one of cultural creative industry project the government vigorously invests in. Chased by Mainland China, it's interesting to see if Taiwan can keep the reputation of Chinese music center. By adopting Porter's value chain analysis, this study finds out, Taiwan music industry owns competitive advantages of abundant creation capability, entrepreneur capitals, and know-how. But the crisis of creation homogeneity and talents lost emerges. Besides, only follows as Porter suggested, music, media and internet-tech three industries become industry clusters, can Taiwan music industry has the chance to take the initiative victory in Chinese music markets. |
