面對死亡－護理人員團體的現象學觀點

Facing the death-the phenomenological perspectives of the nurses' group

癌症病房是靠近死亡的地方，護理人員如何在照護中面對死亡？照護經驗與自身的生活經驗如何交錯影響？透過團體對話，以現象學開放、存而不論的態度，以意向性（intentionality），時間性（temporality）與體現性（embodiment）三個面向分析團體對話過程所交織的網絡。本文在北區一家醫學中心的癌症相關病房進行12次的團體對話，參與的護理人員皆有照護癌症病患與死亡的經驗。團體對話經參與者同意後錄音，並轉錄為文本，以內容分析法進行分析。結果可歸納為內在他者、記憶重現、感而遂通三類。呈現出在複雜的照護經驗與倫理議題中，進行開放而貼心的對話，可以打開一個療癒的脈絡，會使自我將注意力由世間糾葛難解的照護行動，轉向自我內在最深的情感，體會什麼才對自我具有終極的意義，其護理關懷才會回歸到最原初和最基本的對人的關懷，助於護理人員賦予照護的價值與意義，而使得護理人員更願意委身在照護工作中。
