Faced with the sudden outbreak of the epidemic, it not only disrupted people's work and life pace, but also had a lot of impact on our daily life, forcing us to adjust and change our habitual life and behavior patterns. However, due to the epidemic It prompts us to start thinking about the goals and value meaning we are pursuing, and develop the adaptability and strategies to live with the epidemic. Therefore, this study uses the literature analysis method to analyze, discuss, summarize and integrate domestic and foreign journals, books and other materials, and from the perspective of a researcher, it makes observations on how to improve career adaptability from Adler's perspective. Suggestions and reflections. We hope that in today's ever-changing and unpredictable post-epidemic era, we can provide cross-border career candidates who can believe that they are capable, create more connections between people and society, cultivate themselves to have a diverse career attitude, and see self-worth, The creation of meaning can make it difficult for oneself to be framed by the definition of past success, give oneself the courage to overcome and respond to challenges, and then improve and adapt to the ever-changing career process.
