本研究係依段兆麟(2005)休閒農業場家全面性調查計劃中的南區為本研究之研究對象，以普查的方式，採用郵寄方法來進行問卷之調查。研究目的在於瞭解現階段休閒農場間的競合現況，並透過結構方程式來驗證所建構之競合模式於休閒農場的適合度之適配性，及其理論間潛在變數間之相互關係。 研究結果發現：1.經營者認為個人專業能力為休閒農場之主要核心資源；資源依賴方面，則認為彼此之間競爭著稀少的資源；在聯盟動機方面，則是技術的取得為進行策略聯盟之主要動機；在競合關係方面，較認同彼此間是屬於競爭關係；在競合策略方面，亦較認同彼此間採取競爭策略。2.透過結構方程式的驗證發現，本研究所建構之休閒農場經營者競合模式不僅符合配適度之檢驗，且可解釋南部地區休閒農場競合關係與競合策略模式的觀察資料。 此外，模式中之核心資源、資源依賴、聯盟動機、競合關係與競合策略等五構面，具有直接與間接效果之交互影響。顯示本研究所建構之模式可用於解釋南部地區休閒農場在競合構面間的因果關係。

This research sample is according to Cho-Lin Tuan (2005) the south area of the plan of leisure agricultural farms investigated. By way of general survey, adopt the method of posting to carry on the investigation of the questionnaire. It's to understand the coopetition situation of leisure agricultural farms. Using Structural Equation Modeling tests and verifies the fit of leisure agricultural farms of the coopetition model, and relation between theory and latent variable. It's found: 1. The manager thinks the personal specialty is the core competency of leisure agricultural farms, resource-dependence is to compete the little resource; alliance motivation is technology making; coopetition relation is to compete with each other; coopetition strategy is to use compete strategy with each other. That the coopetition model sets up by this research uses Structural Equation Modeling to confirm and find out that the coopetition model of leisure agricultural farms is fit and explanatory coopetition relation and coopetition strategy of south area of leisure agricultural farms. Besides, core competency, resource-dependence, alliance motivation, coopetition relation and coopetition strategy of the model can direct effect and indirect effect. It means the coopetition model sets up by this research can explanatory the causality relation of the five constructs in south area of leisure agricultural farms.
