This paper, based on Factor Analysis and ols methodology, used the investigated data of Oncidium industries to extract alliance performance, strategic alliance motive, industry environment and key succeed factor, etc. construct the surface, and analyzes the relation of factors that the motive, industry's environment and key succeed that alliance's performance enters into an alliance with tactics.. The result indicates, strategic alliance motive, industry environment, key success factor and alliance performance present positive to relation. Therefore, the results this study of provide recommendations as related decision reference for relevant government institutions and farmers.
