屏東縣政府就南二高九如交流道至林邊交流道,在其橋下依當地人文風情,規劃不同具景觀特色的平面道路和自行車道。其中,長治至麟洛段徵收兩側公私有土地,植栽喬木共2170株,面積為9.1公頃,並命名為屏東縣單車國道,此一造林行為,除創造綠色長廊的獨特景觀,對全球暖化抑制或減緩二氧化碳的排放,著有成效。因此,本研究以IPCC估算森林林木碳貯存與碳吸存的方法及試算原則,估測屏東縣單車國道造林第一年可貯290.46公噸的碳量,平均每公頃為31.9公噸。林木逐年成長,碳含量隨之變化而增加,至第20年其已可達2275.53公噸之碳貯存量。而其碳吸存年均量則在第10年可達120.64公噸,平約每公頃14.2公噸,轉換成二氣化碳含量為年平約475.78公噸,而後亦因林木進入成熟狀態而逐年趨緩。 |
英文摘要 |
Pingtung Government has planned out a bicycling route beneath the 2nd South Highway from Jiouru intersection to Linbian intersection, the route is specially decorated with cultural scenery of local regions. Furthermore, the state-owned and private lands along Changjhih to Linluo section have been expropriated to plant 9.1 hectares of 2170 arbor trees, it's called the ”Pingtung County National Cycling Highway” which formed an unique green gallery to restrain global warming and to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.Therefore, the forest carbon storage and carbon sequestration are calculated with IPCC in this research, ”Pingtung County National Cycling Highway” for first year is expected to store 290.46 tons of carbon, in average 31.9 tons per hectare. As arbor trees grow up, its carbon content ability increases accordingly, for the twentieth year it would reach as high as 2275.53 tons of carbon storage. In the tenth year it comes to 120.64 tons of carbon storage, in average 14.2 tons per hectare, converting into carbon dioxide content equals annually 475.78 tons, eventually its capability of carbon storage slow down as the trees get into maturation. |
