This paper describes the process and the effect of a Probationary Teachers' guiding students that engage in scientific inquiry activities to promote their scientific professions. For the purposes, first, constructing the guidance strategy through literatures, theories and practice comprised the guidance strategy. Then, investigate the effect of using an action research on practices and Probationary Teachers' transformation, suggesting for the guidance strategy. The results showed that their teaching concerns have transferred from task-concerns to reflection on instructions and materials, and students' individual differences. Furthermore, researcher found her promotion during this process.
