本研究整理資源基礎觀點(resource-based view, RBV)、能耐基礎觀點(competence-based view, CBV)以及動態能力觀點(dynamic capability view, DCV),定義企業持續性競爭優勢(sustainable competitive advantage)屬性,分別是價值性、獨特性、集合性與動態性;我們藉由這些屬性建構一個整合性架構。本研究將介紹如何應用此構面進行個案研究,定義本文所選定企業之競爭優勢。最後,本文亦針對競爭優勢議題提出未來的研究建議。

英文摘要

This research discusses the issue of sustainable competitive advantage. By comparing resource-based view (RBV), competence-based view (CBV), and dynamic capability view (DCV), we identify the attributes of sustainable competitive advantage are value, distinctive, collective, and dynamic. We adopt these attributes to construct an integrated framework. This framework will help us to identify the competitive advantage of a Taiwanese information technology firm. Finally, we provide suggestions for future research.
