本研究之目的在建構成人玩興(性)量表與玩興(性)組織氣氛量表。經由文獻分析、固體討論、開放問卷、個案訪談蒐集量表題目與發展量表內容架構,並以755人進行因素分析結果成人玩興量表得到六個因素包括:(1)樂在其中,(2)樂於創造、解決問題,(3)放鬆身心,自在表現,(4)幽默自在、自得其樂,(5)童心未泯、好玩有趣,(6)自我堅持、積極完成。組織玩興量表有八大因素包括:(1)合作親近,(2)主管支持、輕鬆互動,(3)休閒同樂、激發創意,(4)不拘小節、幽默快樂,(5)嚴肅僵化、競爭批評,(6)休閒放鬆,(7)空間環境、有助休閒,(8)穿著隨意、工作獨立。進一步進行內部一致性信度、效標關聯效度、鑑別效度的考驗結果顯示本研究有不錯的信、效度。

英文摘要

The purpose of the research was to develop an ”Adult Playfulness Scale” and a ”Organizational Playfulness Climate Questionnaire.” The items were collected through literature review, group discussion, open questionnaire, and depth interview. The subjects were 755 adults from various occupations. Factor analysis yielded six factors far the ”Adult Playfulness Scale” and 8 factors for the ”Organizational Playfulness Climate Questionnaire.” The results showed two questionnaires had acceptable reliability and construct, concurrent, and discriminant validity.
