於民國75年1月上旬分別將5種香菇菌種,即夏天菇:365號及366號二種,及冬天菇:世榮號、13號及368號三種單獨接種,或以二種菌種混合接種,共分六組處理,即(1)#365+世榮(夏天菇+冬天菇);(2)#365+#13(夏天菇+冬天菇);(3)#365+#368(夏天菇:冬天菇);(4)#365+#366(夏天菇+夏天菇);(5)#366+#13(夏天菇+冬天菇);及(6)#366+世榮(夏天菇+冬天菇)。所有處理分別以500ml瓶之菌種在60公斤之長尾尖錐櫧(俗稱長尾柯;Castanopsis spp.)段木上以生產香菇。至民國78年3月底止,其乾燥香菇產量如下:以單獨菌種接種者,其產量介於203~254號之間,其中365號菌種產量達254g為最高,與其它四種菌種相比,差異顯著。但以二種菌種混合接種者,以#365+世榮(夏天菇十冬天菇)產量高達500g為最高,而其餘五組處理之產量約在205~239g之間。生統分析結果顯示#365+世榮:#365+#13及#365+#368三組混合菌種之香菇段木生產皆比另三組處理(即#365+#366:#366#13及#366+世榮)顯著為高,其中尤以#365+世榮之混合菌種最佳,產量為其它各處理之兩倍或以上,#365+#13或#365+#368混合菌種接種者次之。推薦可推廣以#365+世榮之混合菌種接種段木,以提高段木香菇產量。 |

Five strains of shiitake spawns, i.e., summer strains (SS): #365 and #366 or winter strains (WS): Shi-Rong, #13 and #368 alone or two mixed strains in a combination of (1)#365+Shi-Rong(SS4-WS), (2)#365+#13 (SS+WS), (3)#365+#368 (SS+WS), (4)#365+#366 (SS+SS), (5)#366+#13 (SS+WS) and (6)#366+Shi-Rong (SS+WS) were inoculated to chinkapin log wood (60kg wood use one 500 ml bottle container of spawn on early January, 1986. At the end of March, 1989, the dry shiitake production was as follows: Single strain inoculation for 5 strains could produce 203-254g of dry shiitake. Only #365 spawn could produce significantly higher shiitake than other four strains. But two mixed strain inoculation showed that #365+Shi-Rong could produce 500g of dry shiitake, while other treatments produced only between 205-239g. Mixed spawns of #365+#13 or #365+#368 were better than single strain inoculation and other three mixed spawn inoculation. Therefore, it is highly recommended to use mixed spawn inoculation of #365+Shi-Rong for increasing shiitake production on log wood. |
