1. The advancements of modern scientific technology are giving new concept and vitalily on Darwinism. The achievements of which afford basis both for better understanding and relevent appraisal on the subject of evolution. 2. New approaches in biochemistry effectively support the point-of-view on biogensis and the origin of species on the earth. 3. However, the progress of molecular biology sophistically giving people an impression that the creator of all living things is DNA and RNA. This is open to question, and I am incline to think that the effect of environmental conditions and the feedback of organisms in variation should not be neglected, and before the establishment of spp., ervinonmental conditions may had been acted as motive force of life moulding. 4. The above points are also applicable to Fungi for better understanding of its position in among the kingdoms of organisms on the globe, as well as for phylogenetic analysis. 5. Fungi has an outstanding merit in producing different sorts of enzymes for metabolism in ontogeny of itself, and recycling of organic materials in the biosphere, and upgrades a food of Low dietary status, as well as in food processing. Therefore, the contributions of Fungi are by fargreater than its detrimental effects. 6. For deliberations on the phylogeny of Fungi, it would be wise to consider and to list a set of important criteria on bases of both the Individual development and the establishment of the species. To organize colaborations for such project, aimming at to obtain a relevant result in the Interpretation of the phylogenetic problem of the Fungi.
