面對瞬息萬變、日新月異的資訊社會,知識經濟儼然成為社會脈動的主流。「知識」獨領風騷成為全球關注的焦點。然而資訊煙霧(infosmog)所產生的效應是資訊氾濫與迷惘。是以「知識管理」的思維觀念、方法與策略應運而生,成為知識變革發展中的主軸。本文嘗試以知識管理的風潮去探討其對教育生態所產生的衝擊,而思考教育組織在面對此一排山倒海的巨浪衝擊的應變策略,當教育改革浪潮正方興未艾之際,教育組織如何迎接此一巨變的挑戰以再創新機制,並藉以思考新知識經濟時代的教育組織發展趨勢與途徑以就教先進。 |

In the changeful society with lots of information, knowledge- based economy has been a main stream in this society and attracted worldwide attention. However, the results come from infosmog are information jam and confusion so that methods and strategies in knowledge-based management aspects have been became the main approach knowledge revolution follow. The purpose of this article was to discuss the impact comes from education organization under the knowledge-based management stream and propose suggestions and strategies that organization must have when facing education revolution challenges in this new knowledge-based economy time. |
