本文將以《紅樓夢》中賈寶玉的飲食情境作爲主要討論對象，並在中西文學作品的參照下，顯示小說藉由糖蒸酥酪的綿密口感，與玫瑰清露的嗅覺芬芳，隱喻主人公情愛世界的生活體驗。通過賈寶玉的嗅覺與味覺，進入他的深層意識與美感觸覺，突顯他的精神戀愛與官能慾望。其間通過許多美麗女性的身影，包括：林黛玉、晴雯、柳五兒、襲人、薛寶釵與秦可卿等，顯露賈寶玉生命歷程中，深淺濃淡等多層次的潛在性格。並在這許多人物的生命情態裡，發掘賈寶玉獨特的審美眼光與價值取向。

This article will focus on discussing the aristology of Jia Bao-Yu in ”Dream of the Red Chamber” and reference Chinese and Western literature to present the implication of main characters' life experience using the texture of sweet-yogurt and the sent of rose water. Through Jia Bao-Yu's olfaction and gustation, his spiritual love and facultative desire was emphasized. Many of the beautiful female figures including ……, help showing Jia Bao-Yu' multiple layer of potential characteristics in the journey of his life. And to discover his unique vision and aesthetic value within the life mode of these characters.
