隨著資訊社會的來臨，電腦使用者的健康因長時間使用電腦而逐漸受到威脅。雖然過去學者曾針對特定設備及傷害提出建言，然而並未對工作內容、工作環境與個人特性做一整體之探討。本研究將電腦相關工作者分為九種，健康徵狀分為六類。透過實務之調查，瞭解各類工作人員常發生的健康徵狀，並以相關分析找出影響電腦使用者健康的重要因素，再經由變異數分析與迴歸分析，檢視作業設備、作業時間、環境以及個人特性對健康徵狀的關係。本研究發現對健康徵狀具有顯著影響的因素為每日操作總時數、每次休息時數、性別、年齡、螢幕反光程度、螢幕高度之可調整程度、側後方電腦數目、座椅高度之合適程度、桌子高度之合適程度、鍵盤之合適程度等，可供管理上之參考。

In the era of information society, users' health is threatened by long-time usage of computers. In spite of some researches on peripheral computer equipments and symptoms, overall survey from job, environmental and personal characteristics is still needed. This study classifies computer jobs into nine categories and symptoms into six types. Through survey and correlation analysis, the causes of computer occupational symptoms are revealed. Significant factors are proposed as follows: working hours of computer per day, rest hours every time, sex, age, reflection of monitors, computer numbers besides or behind, height of chair, height of desk, and suitability of keyboard.
