本研究是以中華大學的教師及學生為對象,透過抽樣之方式來取得教師及學生對教學評量指標的一些看法,並藉由統計方法來進行資料分析。研究結果顯示,教師當學生之比例與其所得之評鑑分數的相關程度為具有接近中等之負相關,另外教師與學生在教學上的認知之重要構面並不完全一致,因此,我們綜合雙方之想法設計出一份包含十個項目之評量指標,並賦予每個指標不同之權重或百分比,作為計算評鑑分數之依據準則。 |
英文摘要 |
In order to obtain the opinion from teacher and students of the Chung Hua University about the indicators of teaching evaluation, a questionnaire for data collection was taken by means of stratified random sampling. The data has been analyzed with statistical methods. The result of study shows the relation between teacher's evaluation score and the down-rate given by that teacher reaches a negatively moderate degree. Besides, the important factors of teaching evaluation considered from students and teachers separately are not consistent Therefore, we synthesize the ideas of both sides to design a model including ten weighted indicators to be the counting standard of teaching evaluation |
