本教學實踐研究計畫透過問題導向學習及國家考試雲端系統的結合教學模式來對公共管理課程授課。本計畫有以下目的:1.經由國家考試雲端系統,強化學生參加國家考試的實力。2.透過問題導向式教學,激發學生自我導向學習、團隊合作能力以及問題解決能力。3.提升學生學習興趣。4.建立學生的學習自信心。研究發現顯示:1.從學生自評互評表中發現分數呈現差距甚大,反而不見得能反映出真實的學習狀況。2.使用PBL教學會降低教學滿意度。3.透過反思回饋單,學生表示PBL討論學習到的前三項能力是:多元角度的思考、溝通表達能力以及資料蒐集與統整能力。

英文摘要

This program of teaching practice research adopts PBL and National Examination Cloud System combined teaching model to be applied in the course of Public management. The purposes of this project are as follows: 1. Reinforcing students' national exam ability through the National Examination Cloud System. 2. Inspiring students' self-directed learning, teamwork and problem-solving abilities in terms of PBL. 3. Upgrading the learning interests of students. 4. Establishing the confidence of students. The study shows: 1. Significant differences in students' scores of self-evaluation and mutual evaluation raise validity issues and fails to reflect actual learning situations. 2. Students rate lower satisfaction for teacher in PBL teaching compared to traditional teaching. 3. According to reflection feedback forms, students express their top three abilities learned from PBL discussions are: multiple angles of thinking, communication and expression, and literature review and integration.
