民眾在網路金融投資中面臨著許多科技風險，包括資料安全、網路詐騙和市場波動等。對於這些風險，民眾需要採取相應的風險管理措施，例如加強資訊安全意識、選擇可靠的金融平臺、分散投資組合、定期監控投資回報等。如果消投資欠缺這樣的觀念，不僅自身權益受損，也可能會導致相關法律責任。本研究以網路投資虛擬資產為研究主體，運用法律風險及金融監管角度來分析，探討其投資風險及管理機制。透過本研究，得了解並建構對於網路虛擬資產投資管理上的具體作法及相關制度。在政府層面，金融監管機構需要加強管理，提供投資者保護和監督市場秩序。投資者則應該意識到科技風險對金融投資的影響，並積極應對這些風險，以確保其投資安全和回報，保護自身權益。

People face many technological risks in online financial investments, including data security, online fraud and market fluctuations. For these risks, the public needs to take corresponding risk management measures, such as strengthening information security awareness, choosing reliable financial platforms, diversifying investment portfolios, regularly monitoring investment returns, etc. If investors lack such a concept, not only will their own rights and interests be damaged, but they may also lead to relevant legal liabilities. This study takes online investment in virtual assets as the main research subject, analyzes it from the perspective of legal risks and financial supervision, and explores its investment risks and management mechanisms. The research results were obtained through document analysis and in-depth interviews. Through this research, we can understand and construct specific practices and related systems for online virtual asset investment management. At the government level, financial regulators need to strengthen management, provide investor protection and supervise market order. Investors should be aware of the impact of technological risks on financial investments and actively respond to these risks to ensure the safety and return of their investments and protect their own rights and interests.
