自1999年起,自由球員被納入比賽規則的條文中,實施自由球員新規則的主要作用,是希望比賽過程中攻守均衡,使球賽更精采可期。自由球員的運用在現今的排球比賽中,是一個足以影響比賽勝負及吸引觀眾投入的要角,本研究期能藉由心理技能量表來測量大專院校排球自由球員選手在賽前的心理狀況,為進行本項研究之動機,並將研究結果提供給球員及教練作為訓練之參考。本研究目的如下:(一)瞭解大專院校排球自由球員賽前心理技能之現況。本研究以九十三學年度大專院校男子排球聯賽第一級預賽自由球員為研究對象,於第一級預賽場次比賽前進行樣本施測,共計發出12份問卷,研究工具以邱玉惠於89年所修訂的運動員心理技能量表為修編依據,將其修正為排球運動員心裡技能問卷施測,經以描述統計後,本研究所得結論如下。(一)九十三學年度大專院校男子排球聯賽第一級預賽的自由球員在賽前,對於「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「可教導性」、「自信心」、「專注力」、「動機」心理技能均有良好的表現。(二)各個心理技能分量表之表現強度高低依序為:「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「可教導性」、「自信心」、「專注力」、「動機」。 |
英文摘要 |
The liberos have been included in the completive rules since 1999. The purpose of liberos is to hope to make the games more exciting. The usages of liberos plays an important role that influences the outcome of competitions and that attracts audience. This paper hopes to measure the mental conditions of University and College Volleyball liberos before matcher by the Mental Technical Ability Scales, and to provide the result of this survey for volleyball players and coaches as the reference of their training. The samplers of this study were 12 male volleyball liberos of the University and college for the preliminary competition in 2004, and the investigating time was before the preliminary competition. The measuring tool was originated from the Athlete Mental. Technical scales and revised for volleyball players. The results follow: (1) The performance of Male volleyball liberos of University and college for the preliminary competition in 2004 is good in ”peaking under pressure and coping with adversity”, ”coachability”, ”confidence”, ”concentrion” and ”motivation.” (2) The intensity of each performance follows the descending order: ”motivation” ”Peaking under pressure and coping with adversity” ”coach ability” ”confidence” and ”concentration”. |
