台北市成淵國中羽球隊發展之研究（1967-2006）

成淵國中羽球隊是國內知名青少年羽球隊，並培育出優秀的羽球選手。本研究目的主要在探討成淵國中羽球隊成立的時代背景、發展歷程及該隊在台灣培育羽球選手的輝煌歷史及現況。研究方法：採歷史研究法及訪問法，研究範圍自1967年至2006年，以呈現出成淵國中羽球隊發展之全貌。結論：1. 成淵國中的連霸因素主要歸功於，球員本身在小學已具備良好的基礎，球隊能延續國小的訓練形成一個暢通的訓練管道，而同時在政府實行重點學校發展的策略下，形成「強者恆強，弱者恆弱」的局面；2. 成淵本身重視體育之外游阿萬老師的付出更是主要原因，對球員嚴格的要求建立起優良的傳統，但同樣也因嚴格的要求使得教練與球員間產生莫名的距離，這應與國內教練多傾向權威式的管理有關，而早期國內教練為了建立自身的威權以少和球員互動的方式進行訓練的現象，仍值得未來深入討論；3. 當成淵女子畢業校友紛紛在國際賽嶄露頭角的同時，我們應該正視女生的發育較早，羽球運動員的培育需要即早建立在青少年階段的重要性，而更積極推動國小及國中女子羽球隊的發展。

Cheng Yuan junior high school badminton is famous team in Taiwan and breeds the best badminton player. Purpose: This study is to explore the establishing background and development of the badminton team of Cheng Yuan junior high school in order to illustrate the team's current situation for the school's contribution of badminton in Taiwan. Methods: The study adopts historical research method, supported by literature analysis and interviewing from 1967 to 2006, in order to presenting the facts of how badminton developed in Cheng Yuan junior high school. Results: First of all, the most important factor in winning straight Victory of Cheng Yuan junior high school's badminton team is attributed to its player's well-training at their elementary school. Besides, well training at elementary school could shape a well-built bridge between junior high and elementary school. Furthermore, our government is now practicing the measure of developing the seeded player blueprint at designated school, which causes the situation of between weakness and strength. Second, the coach, A-wan, You, instructing players in badminton by tough physical training at Cheng Yuan junior high is also the other indispensable factor in leading school team to success. However, the drawback of his training is that indistinct gap between coach and players has shaped. In my opinion, it should relate to authority management, which is commonly adopted by Taiwanese coaches. Third, we have to consider that female students have earlier puberty than males, so we should focus on cultivating badminton players in their teens. With the time of alumni at Cheng Yuan junior high, who are awarded international prizes, we have to pay more attention on training female players in elementary and junior high school and its development.
