要本研究的主要目的是採用PZB服務品質模式編製體育教學品質量表,以體育教學品質各構面對大學生體育教學滿意度進行預測分析,此結果將做為提升大學體育教學品質與滿意度之參考。本研究設計「體育教學品質與滿意度問卷」,以國立雲林科技大學的學生為對象,共發出500份,回收440份,經剔除回答不完整之問卷後,獲得有效卷392份。本研究之體育教學品質共取得五個構面:有形性、可靠性、反應性、保證性、同理性。研究結果發現體育教學品質中的反應性與保證性對體育教學滿意度具有正向預測能力。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of the study was to investigate the teaching quality of physical education in colleges by utilizing the conceptual model of service quality established by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry to construct a teaching quality and satisfaction questionnaire in predicting satisfaction of students in physical education. 500 subjects were questioned with 440 returned and 392 valid. Five factors were found in the teaching quality, named tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The result of the study indicated that responsiveness and empathy could positively predict the satisfaction of students in physical education. |
