運用運動科學機密儀器配合運動科學測驗方法已成為當今專業教練安排訓練計劃之重要參考方向。本研究目的主要探討大專甲組桌球選手正手、反手擊球速度與各專項體能間之相關性。實驗方法以大專甲組桌球選手共30 人,分別測試正手、反手擊球速度與桌球專項體能,包含上半身肌力、下半身肌力、柔軟度、敏捷性及反應能力,並探討正手、反手擊球速度與各項桌球專項體能之相關性及預測力,所得資料以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步回歸加以分析。結果:正手擊球速度、反手擊球速度分別與藥球右拋、藥球左拋、藥球過頭前拋、垂直跳、敏捷能力達顯著相關;藥球過頭前拋可實際預測正手、反手擊球速度。結論:藥球投擲、下肢肌力與敏捷能力與桌球選手擊球速度具有高度相關,可作為教練指導選手及擬訂訓練計畫時之重要參考依據。

英文摘要

Precision instruments and various scientific testing are now being used as major references for professional coaches to arrange plans and directions of training in sport science. The purpose of this research is to discuss the correlation between both forehand and backhand stroke speed with all fitness levels and prediction. Thirty participants were chosen from college students who are A grade table tennis players. They were tested for their forehand and backhand stroke speed and all fitness levels required in Table Tennis including upper body strength, lower body strength, flexibility, agility and reaction time. Data collected was analysed by descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple stepwise regression. The testing results showed correlation of both forehand and backhand stroke speed to medicine ball tossing to the right, left and overhead as well as vertical jump and agility. Overhead medicine ball toss can be used to predict the player stroke speed of both forehand and backhand. Conclusion: table tennis stroke speeds are highly related to the medicine ball toss, lower body strength and agility, these data can be used as important references for planing effective training sessions.
