自行車依照不同類型及不同的細節構造演變成不同的競賽,以普遍性而言,公路自行車的參與人數一直居所有自行車運動項目之最。本文將從運動生理學的觀點,進一步介紹公路自行車選手的養成及訓練中的相關運動科學檢測方法。各項檢測方法主要參考的出處為澳洲國家運動訓練中心針對自行車選手所設計的不同生理檢測,檢測項目包含身體組成、最大攝氧量及心率檢測、乳酸閾值檢測……等等。本文將針對不同科學檢測方法及器材、測驗流程及使用時機進行介紹及評論。希望藉由本文得以提供國內自由車運動選手及教練一系列客觀評估訓練及競賽表現的參考方法。

英文摘要

Due to the diversities in design and structure of bikes, different cycling competitions were driven. Among those different types of cycling, road bike cycling is the most popular. This article will introduce serial physiological test methods for road bike cyclists. Most test methods mentioned in the current article are to physiological tests designed by Australia National Sports Training Center for cyclists, including measurements of body composition, maximum oxygen uptake, heart rate test and lactic acid threshold test and etc. Technically, a step-by-step protocol as well as professional comment were included for each test method in purpose of providing domestic cyclists and coaches a reference to objectively evaluate their training efficiency as well as competitive performance.
