沙灘排球源起於一項趣味化娛樂性質，大眾可以呼朋引伴的海灘休閒遊戲，經過將近百年的演變，已成為專業化和商業化，需要具備高度技巧、身體素質及精神意志的競技運動。沙灘排球可說是由室內排球演化而來，歷年規則的修訂秉持最初休閒娛樂的運動文化和精神，一直保有其原來的特色和基本元素，比賽時，不允許教練指導為其特色之一，直到2014年開始逐漸修訂，除了將比賽時場內外指導的限制對象界定更明確，最新規則允許分齡（Age Group）比賽和洲際杯（Continental Cup）第1和第2階段教練可在比賽過程進行臨場指導，目的是讓年輕的運動員獲得鼓勵支持穩定情緒，讓比賽更具競爭張力。近幾年，國內沙灘排球快速發展，關於正式比賽期間，教練指導的規範經常引起熱烈討論，本文採蒐集調查歷年規則和筆者實際參與觀察等方式，期能讓國內沙灘排球的參與者了解相關規則的演變歷程，遵守並運用規則。 |
| 英文摘要 |
Beach volleyball originated in 1920, as an entertainment for everyone to enjoyed beach activities. Through hundreds of years of evolution, beach volleyball becomes more professional and commercial, it requires higher technique, better body quality and fully spiritual will. Beach volleyball is a variant of indoor volleyball, which preserves the basic elements and characteristics of it. As the revisions of the rules, beach volleyball holds the recreational spirit. For the purpose of letting young athletes gain more encouragement and guidance, as well as making the game more exciting, not having coaches take part in the game until 2014. In recent years, due to rapid growth of domestic beach volleyball, coach guidance during official competition often leads to heated discussion. This article gathers the rules over the past years and practical observation by the author, expecting to provide relevant information for participants of domestic beach volleyball to understand how to use and obey the rules. |
