緒論:肌肉組織在能量代謝過程中會生成自由基,運動造成之肌肉損傷亦會使人體產生超氧自由基用以保護細胞膜、防止微生物入侵,但過多自由基相對也會造成組織之傷害。紅藜成分中富含多種必需胺基酸與機能性成分,可達到消除自由基、抗氧化及消炎之作用。研究目的:探討運動訓練後補充紅藜對桌球運動員下肢運動表現之影響。研究方法:本研究設計為「準實驗設計之不等組前後測設計(Noneqivalent Control Group Quasi-Experimental Design)」。22位國立屏東科技大學桌球運動員採用單盲並依體重平均分配為實驗組與控制組。實驗處理為每位研究參與者每日需攝取紅藜(0.16毫克/公斤體重)或安慰劑連續10天,並同時進行專項運動訓練,實驗處理前後進行垂直反向跳(Counter Movement Jump,CMJ)及大腿中段拉(Mid-Thigh pull,MTP)之測驗。所得資料以spss18.0進行單因子共變數與相依樣本t檢定進行統計分析。研究結果:(一)實驗組的CMJ表現顯著優於控制組;(二)MTP的表現二組沒有顯著性差異。研究結論:短期攝取紅藜可以提升大學桌球運動員下肢之運動表現。建議後續的研究可以增加研究參與者人數、紅藜攝取劑量、天數、不同運動項目之相關研究,以深入了解紅藜對於運動抗氧化之效益。

英文摘要

Introduction: Muscle tissue will generate free radicals during energy metabolism. Muscle damage will also produce superoxide free radicals to protect cell membranes and prevent microbial invasion, but excessive free radicals will also cause tissue damage. Djulis is rich in essential amino acids and functional ingredients which can eliminate free radicals, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects. Purpose: To explore the effects of short-term intake of djulis on table tennis players' lower-body performance. Method: A non-eqivalent control group quasi-experimental design was used. Twenty-two National Pingtung University of Technology table tennis players were single-blinded and evenly divided into an experimental group and control group according to body weight. The experimental treatment consisted of daily intake of djulis (0.16 mg/kg body weight) or a placebo for each study participant for 10 days. CMJ and MTP tests were required before and after the experimental treatment. Data were analyzed with one-way ANCOVA and dependent t test in SPSS 18.0. Results: (1) The CMJ performance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. (2) There was no significant difference in the MTP performance of the two groups. Conclusion: short-term intake of djulis can improve the table tennis players' lower-body performance in the university. In order to make clear the antioxidant effects of djulis on exercise, we recommend that the follow-up research can increase the number of study participants, the intake of djulis, the number of days, and extend the related studies to different sports.
