目的：本研究目的為探討2019年女子足球世界盃影像助理裁判應用在比賽之影響，透過本屆執行實況與紀錄分析來具體說明瞭解。方法：本研究採簡述影像助理裁判發展作探討回顧，接著以本屆全部賽程，共計有52場賽事進行統計分析並加以說明。結果：經由分析結果顯示：一、各小組預賽後，進入16強階段啟動影像助理裁判頻率最高，而在8強賽則未出現任何爭議判決，最後4強賽與總決賽均是出現相同各有2次情況。二、從事件確定前後，依序處理順序原則為：啟動回顧事件，接著進行評估判決；據上，進行現場回顧有26次，接著在事後回顧有9次；進入判決方式後則有改變判決為31次，再來是無改變判決4次。三、本屆啟動回顧罰球禁區點球出現21次最高，其次為進球得失分達13次，另外，出現1次的紅黃牌錯誤的改變判決，最後本屆無直接紅牌事件發生。結論：現代各項大賽事引入科技輔助已是相當成熟的技術，無非是想保有公平競賽之條件，順勢降低裁判的判決錯誤而給予最公正的修正結果，這一直是足球及各項賽事想要達成的目標。因此，引入科技輔助系統，讓裁判在執法上有著重要的參考依據來協助臨場執法，降低出現不必要的失誤判決，對於後續值得深入研究與探討。

Purpose: This research discusses the influences of VAR applied in 2019 FIFA Woman's World Cup and explains by lives and analysis of statistic. This research briefly mentions the development of VAR; analyzes and explains statistic gained from the whole 52 matches. The analyses present: first, the chance of applying VAR is higher than that in round of 16 after the group stage. There is no any dispute in quarterfinal. The VAR is applied twice both in semi-final and final. Secondly, through before and after making decisions, the procedures of applying VAR are reviewing the incidents then making final judgments. Aforementioned, there are 26 reviews during matches and 9 ones after matches. There are 31 decision changes and 4 decisions staying the same. Thirdly, the results of applying VAR are 21 penalties (the most), 13 conceding goals (the second most) and there is one change for wrong decision and last no direct red card in the match. Nowadays the advanced technology introduced to many important competitions is to have a fair competition and to reduce the wrong decision referees make. This is the goal that each competition pursues. Therefore, introducing technology assistance systems that could be an important reference for referees to rely on and reduce unnecessary wrong decision are the goal we should do more research and have more discussions.
