本文中研究使用防水封閉式40 KHz超音波感測器元件應用設計混合訊號模式(Mixer Mode)超音波驅動接收系統電路,將發射脈衝、回波訊號與餘振訊號產生成數位訊號整合輸出。此系統設計以積體電路結構方式考量,運用實作系統電路板(System On-Board)來實現,以利往後設計系統晶片(System On Chip)。未來晶片只需使用一般電子被動元件電阻和電容來設定,不需使用軟體設定,就可讓硬體設計人員容易運用此系統。本文研究系統電路往後可應用在汽車防撞系統、汽車倒車雷達系統、自動控制機台與機器人等。此混合訊號模式超音波驅動接收系統電路,其內部處理電路結構包含類比與數位訊號整合、與訊號回授技術,在硬體電路單元包括邏輯時脈電路、邏輯觸發電路、邏輯控制電路、濾波器電路、比較器電路、RLC諧振電路等重要原理。

英文摘要

In this study, a water-proof closed 40 KHz ultrasonic sensor device is used to design mixed-signal mode (Mixer Mode) ultrasonic-drive receiving system and by integrating digital signal, echo signal and Ring signal from the transmit pulse to the output of its application. To implement this system, the integrated circuit is verified by using system PCB (System On-Board) for the first step to facilitate further SoC (System On Chip) design. In the future, by simply adjusting passive components such as resistors and capacitors, hardware designers can easily make use of this system to tuning the chip features rather than doing software settings. This circuit system can be applied to automobile anti-collision system, vehicle reverse radar systems, and automatic control machines and robots. The internal processing circuit to the structure of this mixed-signal mode ultrasonic-drive receiving system integrates analog, digital signal, and signal feedback technology. The hardware circuit unit also contains important principles of the circuits such as logic clock, trigger, controlling, filter, comparator, and RLC resonant circuits.
