隨著企業擁有的資料量正以極快速度成長,巨量資料已成為企業間一股新興潮流及關鍵競爭因子。製造業因在產品的研發與生產過程中,擁有大量的研發文件等資料,使其為巨量資料的主要擁有者之一。基於製造業性質,如何從製造過程中所蒐集之巨量資料來萃取知識,及利用巨量資料分析模型來提升生產力並展現價值,為協助製造業提升營運效能達到智慧商業目標的巨量資料分析應用關鍵議題。於此研究中,藉由文獻探討及資料蒐集,針對產業應用端的巨量資料分析於製造業之需求進行調查與探討,並從目前實際應用於產業之各式應用端分析工具中評估以尋找合適之分析方法,進而找尋巨量資料在製造業的不同應用領域及機會。 |
英文摘要 |
The amount of data captured by enterprises has increased massively, make Big Data one of the hottest trends and the key competition factor among companies. Manufacturing industries are major Big Data owners due to great volumes of data generated during the product development and manufacturing process. Due to the nature of manufacturing, the approach which Big Data are collected, extracted, and the analyzing methods during manufacturing process have become big issues and major concerns to enhance the operating performance toward better intelligent business, to improve the productivity and create the value of utilizing the Big Data with analytical models. In this research, the opportunities and the needs of implementing Big Data analytics tools in manufacturing were investigated through literature review and data collection. Furthermore, the appraisal of the existing analysis tools was conducted to find out the appropriate analytics methods applied in real case contents. |
