水流量標準裝置是檢定各種類型流量計及研究流量計量測試方法的標準裝置。該標準裝置型式多種多樣,無論採用何種原理進行分類,其實質都是對一定時間內流過流量計質量流量(或體積流量)的精確測量。本文僅以靜態質量法為討論對象,進行流量量值傳遞過程中換向器一次換向工作時間長短、等待換入時間長短對標準裝置擴展不確定度評定因子影響量的研究。由於換向器硬件工藝水平及換向助力系統制約,換向信號觸發位置都會受到很多不得而知的因素影響,而換向器的檢定就是要在實際情況下,檢測換向器在測量開始和結束的換向過程中所引起的時間差。實驗結果證明靜態質量法水流量標準裝置試驗準備工作非常重要,介質流動預熱時間應該多於10分鐘;其次,裝置使用的最短時間有待討論,不能固定為某一數值。 |
英文摘要 |
Water flow standard device is the test of various types of flow-meter and flow measurement standard device test method. The standard device is varied, regardless of the principle of classification, and its essence is accurate measurement about the mass flow (or of volume flow) through the flow-meter within a certain period of time. This paper only to static weight method as the discussion object, flow quantity value transfer process diverter out time on the expanded uncertainty of standard equipment quantity of assessment factor influence. Because of restriction of diverter hardware technology level and reversing booster system, reversing signal trigger position will be affected by many unknown factors, and the diverter of verification is to want to be in the actual situation, caused by detection of d at the start of the measurement process and the end of the reversing the time difference. The experimental results show that the static mass method is very important for the test preparation of water flow standard device, and the medium flow preheating time should be more than 10 minutes; Secondly, the use of the shortest time to discuss, can not be fixed for a certain value. |
