本文是探討乾式清洗機系統的設計及性能,包括乾式清洗機管路、分流管、鼓風機及其電控系統、過濾系統及其過濾網之選用及安裝等。乾式清洗機系統中有分為兩種,第一種是單純使用流量來進行清洗,而第二種使用壓力讓出口到達高頻氣流來進行清洗兩種,而本文選用的是第二種乾式清洗機來做為系統中的清洗機。電控設計是以變頻及外部控制為設計基礎,對鼓風機進行變頻控制來控制流量及壓力,使出口壓達到14~28kPa來進行清洗,測試結果使用50Hz出口壓力可以達到15kPa,70Hz出口壓力可以達到26kPa。 |

This article explores the design and performance of dry cleaning system, including dry cleaning machine piping, shunt tubes, blowers and their electronic control systems, filtration systems and their filter selection and installation. There are two types of dry cleaning system. The first one is simply using flow to clean, and the second is using pressure to allow the outlet to reach high frequency airflow for cleaning. In this paper, the second dry cleaning is used. The machine is used as a washing machine in the system. The electronic control design is based on frequency conversion and external control. The air blower is controlled by frequency conversion to control the flow and pressure, and the outlet pressure reaches 14~28kPa for cleaning. The test result can reach 15kPa with 50Hz outlet pressure, and the 70Hz outlet pressure can reach 26kPa. |
