台灣人口的高齡化步伐很快,預計會將在七年內進入高齡社會,因此失智症患者的增加、及年長者跌倒意外時常發生將帶給台灣醫療看護系統巨大的社會經濟負擔。本研究目的乃建構「年長者和失智症患者安全照護系統」,設計該系統之目的為提供銀髮族及失智者安全照護服務;本研究並探討目前市售衛星定位及跌倒偵測相關產品之缺點,並提出改進方案,透過穿戴式設備,提供跌倒狀態評估、人員定位(室內外定位、軌跡追蹤)整合創新服務,有效降低配戴者的意外風險。 |
英文摘要 |
Taiwan's population is aging at a fast pace, and its aged society is expected to transition into a hyper-aged society within seven years. The increase in patients with dementia and the risk of falling increases with age, there remain differing views about its economic impact on healthcare systems. The purpose of this paper we designed is a seniors and senile dementia safety care system that helps caregivers of demented patients, such as elderly or the persons suffering from Alzheimer's disease. The purpose of this research is to build a "seniors and senile dementia safety care System" for the elderly and dementia patients. The purpose of designing this system is to provide safety care services for the elderly and the demented. Disadvantages, and propose improvement plans, through wearable devices, provide fall state assessment, personnel positioning (indoor and outdoor positioning, trajectory tracking) integrated innovative services, effectively reducing the wearer's unexpected risk. |
