街道邊界、地權邊界與建築介面變遷類型對推動臺灣街道人本化影響的探討－以中壢歷史街區為例

城市規劃與變遷常會造成老城區街道邊界的拓寬更動；街道邊界、地權邊界與建築介面三種邊界的變動關係，直接影響公私領域間權益的界定；這個界定的問題影響台灣過去20年在城市歷史街區推動人本政策（設置人行道）的成效。本文以城市形態學與類型學，解讀中壢老街區上述三種街道介面的演變與衝突，並提出分析與建議。

Street Boundaries are often subject to be changed due to urban planning and transformations in old town area. The three inter-relationships among street boundaries, plot boundaries and building interface influences the rights of public-private definition directly. This issue/ problem of boundaries affected the implementation of the human-orientated (pedestrianised sidewalk) policy in Taiwan's historic urban area in the last 20 years. This paper applies urban morphology and typology to analyse the transformations and conflicts among the three boundaries in the old town of Chung-Li. Recommendation is also raised for future implementations.
