本研究之目的於探討人體皮膚表面之腳掌骨與手掌骨之外形的美學研究。研究對象以十五歲以上己發育成熟者為主,針對各年齡層對象採用比例分層隨機抽樣(proportional stratified random sampling)的方法,採結構式問卷調查進行研究,共計回收400份有效問卷。 研究結果顯示: (1)基本健康方面,齲齒者高達90.0%(360名),視力異常者也高達92.5%(370名),隨著研究對象年齡層越高,視力異常及齲齒症狀的比例也越高。 (2)腳掌骨及手掌骨突出者各佔10.5%及10%。手掌骨突出者與腳掌骨突出者;手掌骨突出者與大臂圍者;手掌骨突出者與粗骨架者;腳掌骨突出者與大臂圍者,均有相當高之有意義正相關。 (3)腳掌骨之外觀原則上可分成三種型態: ①大姆趾特長型 ②第二腳趾特長型 ③第三腳趾特長型。 手掌骨的外觀原則上可分成三種型態: ①窄小屈戍動關節型 ②寬大屈戍動關節型 ③削瘦掌骨型。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research is that aesthetic study on physical appearance of foot-bone and hand-bone by comparison. Classification of outward form of foot-bone and hand-bone is necessary from aesthetic science. The results of the study is following: (1) Appearance of foot-bone can be classified into three type: ① Long the first toe type ② Long the second toe type ③ Long third toe type (2) Appearance of hand-bone can be classified into three type: ① Little am phidiarthrodial type ② Big amphidiar throdial type ③ Thin meta car pus type (3) Hond-bone projection type has nemarkable positive correlation with foot-bone projection type、big-waist﹑big-boned﹑too thin (P<0.01). foot-bone projection type has remarkable positive correlation with too thin and big-waist (P<0.01).
