本文旨在評估與比較印章辨識之辨識率與運算時間。印章辨識步驟依序為影像擷取、特徵擷取與分類法則。首先,以感光耦合元件擷取整幅印章影像,再由不變矩法、主成份分析法、Haar小波轉換法、Delaunay三角網格法、分水嶺分割法擷取印章影像之特徵,最後配合分類法則如歐氏距離決策法、最接近特徵線決策法、線性鑑別式分析法進行印章之辨識。本文以七組特徵擷取方法及四組分類決策法組合出28組辨識方式,用以評估與比較其辨識率與運算時間,進而尋求適合的印章辨識方式。
