People are thinking how to put their work to the cloud and try to save the cost and enhance the performance. IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) provides a virtual machine that allows users to put their general works to the cloud where the virtual machine is like a laptop. How to manage the accounts for logging on VMs will become an important problem. In this paper we describe several methods for a cloud system operator to manage VM's account and even provide the feature for user to reset/retrieve password when she forgets.
