台灣的工業產業結構經由社會不斷的變遷,轉變成現今時代的高科技工業產業,現代工業發展一切講求效率、快速、創新,也創造了許多經濟上的復甦,帶來了現代人的生活品質完善以及滿足物質上的需求。隨著知識經濟時代來臨,高科技產業的人力資源變得非常重要,為了要滿足顧客的需求,工作生活步調都變得緊湊且快速,因此也加重從業人員的工作壓力。故本研究提出壓力分析與因應模式,探討不同背景變項對工作壓力和因應方式問的影響與關係。由研究得知,工作情境中成受到的工作壓力,尤其以「生理反應症狀」與「心理反應症狀」的壓力成受最為強烈。而不同的個人背景、產業類型、部門別等的壓力成受上會呈現顯著性差異,故在人力品質的提昇策略上應該因產業別、部門別等而有所差異。 |
英文摘要 |
The industrial structure of Taiwan had been changed into Hi-Tech via society's changes; the development of all modem industries stress efficiency, speed and innovation, so them have created a lot of economical recovery and upgraded living quality especially in material life. Coming with the era of knowledge-driven economy, the human resources of Hi-Tech industry become very important. For meeting customer's demands, all activities emphasize the speed, then staff often insidiously feel more working pressure. So the research addresses the module of pressure analysis and disposition, discusses the relation between working pressure and disposition among different background. The working pressure when the staff works in the working situation, it is strongest especially in the psychology reflects the symptom' and the physiological reaction symptom', according to the investigation. It will present the dominance difference on the pressure reaction of working pressure among different personal background, industry's type, the modems of different departments, so the quality promotional strategy of manpower should be different rely to different industries, departments. |
