台灣原住民棒球運動的潛在問題剖析

台灣原住民的文化與社會結構深受時代變遷帶來的外在影響，原住民棒球的運動風氣、運動員的培育工程，乃至原住民的棒球運動價值觀…等等都面臨諸多挑戰，為了保有原住民棒球的寶貴資源，本文從“歷史的＂、“文化的＂、“生活的”三方面，淺述原住民棒球運動發展，並以未雨綢繆剖析可能發生的潛在問題，盼本文內容有助於相關單位及早謀求事發之前的因應對策。

With the transition of times and fast changes of circumstances, Taiwan's aboriginal culture as well as social structure has dramatically changed. As a result, the general likes for baseball, the baseball training programs as well as the perspectives of baseball in the aboriginal society are being challenged. In order to prevent this valuable sport that has a significant meaning to the Taiwanese aboriginals from dying, this article is composed in the aspect of history, culture and life to discuss the potential problems faced by these people in terms of developing the sport of baseball. By providing suggestions in this article, we hope to stimulate some ideas as to how to formulate countermeasures against the demise of baseball in the aboriginal society.
