花蓮縣河東地區行動郵局與社區互動之研究

秀姑巒溪中游的東岸，通稱河東地區，也就是花蓮一九三縣道90至110.5公里處，台灣目前僅存的汽車行動郵局，行駛其間。行動郵局不僅是花蓮縣重要的觀光文化資產，更是河東居民生活的一部份，與社區互動關係至為密切。 本計劃的研究範圍，是以玉里鎮河東地區的六個里，包括十二個聚落、九個社區發展協會為主軸。研究的方法，參考中、日文文獻資料與田野調查並重，並多次隨行動郵局在各停靠站做實地訪談，確實做下紀錄。 利用問卷調查表整合統計出河東地區行動郵局「族群」與「所屬里」使用情況和瞭解狀況作「交叉分析」。並就行動郵局使用者的年齡層，清楚的繪出「年齡層的使用頻率圖」。 在問卷調查中，我們發現方便、安全、親切的行動郵局，使用頻率最高的年齡層是30至39歲佔27%，其次是40至49歲佔23%；修正了行動郵局大多是老年人在使用的刻板印象。

The area of Hodong is located in the eastern shore of the midstream of the Shiouguluan River, ranging from the labeled 90 kilometer to the labeled 110.5 Kilometer of Hualien County Highway No. 193. There is an only existing movable post office running in the area in Taiwan. The movable post office, which has intimate interaction with the community, is not only one of the important cultural assets, but also a part of life of Hodong residents. The study investigates six neighborhoods, including 12 villages and 9 community development associations. Chinese and Japanese Literature reviews as well as field survey are the major research methods. The researcher also went with the movable post office to interview the residents and recorded everything truly. The research gathers statistics with intersection analysis to understand the conditions concerning the relationship between ethnic groups which make use of the movable post office and the neighborhood they live in. The use frequency chart of age is drawn according to the age groups who make use of the movable post office. The findings indicate that the age group which prefers to use the convenient, safe, and friendly movable post office the most is thirties, 27% of the use population; next age group forties, 23% of the use population. The results change the impression that elders make use of the movable post office the most frequently.
