台灣近年因致力因應加入WTO後的競爭環境，使國內直接利用自然資源的一、二級產業生產，在經濟市場上失去競爭力，因此有關機構多鼓勵農民發展體驗經濟的休閒農場經營。本研究探討馬太鞍生態濕地由傳統農業，轉型經營餐廳民宿等相關的休閒農場，是否有應用環境保護活動及安全自然的綠色產品，及設立降低環境衝擊邁向永續的生態化產業之目標。控制並解決污染的方法，業者間有待履行自治監督生態危機的機制，矯正市場不良競爭，防止環境惡化的措施。加強社區組織力量，約束業者不同利益取向及價值觀，共同為社區的永續經營進行妥協與努力。建議公開揭露環境會計的支出項目，突顯各該業者的經營理念，並由政府干預，教育民眾選擇綠色產業的消費行為。建議加強政府行政資源整體規劃及朝向免利息農業貸款改善污染、維護環境的政策。

Since Taiwan has joined WTO, nation endeavored to competition circumstances. Between global economical markets, the direct utilizing nature resource as primary and secondary products had fallen out of competition. The majority of resource has removed as apply for experience economic. MaTaiAn ecological wetland transformed from traditional agriculture to operate leisure restaurant and lodge farmhouse. This study confers on reducing environmental impact for sustained ecological management. The ecology crisis can be rectified by environmental protection and secure green products together with the masses supervise machine from environmental harmful. The reinforcement of community organization may constraint distinct interests and values, collective the farmhouses to compromise between each other. To expose environmental accounting show the rate of expense can illustrious professional concern. Government intervene is also encouraged to educate the consumers choose green products for environmental sustaining management. This study recommends the administration should draw up a complete plan for the whole ranch instead of separating construction. Loan for Agricultural pursuits to conserve environment as well as improve contamination facilities may consider free interest for example refer to Japanese policy.
