Strategic Planning for Experiencing Tourism at Rural Winery in Erlin Township through Green Tourism

本文以全台聚集密度最高的二林鎮農村酒莊為研究個案，採混合方法結合策略規劃，探討以綠色旅遊型態發展其農村酒莊體驗觀光之永續性策略。研究結果顯示，以「地方產業」面向最受重視，建議農村酒莊經營應聚焦重點客群，以在地聯網方式，擴大異業結盟合作，規劃在地深度旅遊，延伸過夜經濟。其次於「社會文化」面向，則建議積極整合重大建設、地方創生、食農教育及農村再生等政策資源，帶動青年人口回流社區與跨域交流。最後就「環境生態」面向，需正視鄉村生態與特色產業地景為二林發展綠色旅遊之根基，建議優先著重於營造友善旅遊環境，進行適切的環境鑲嵌性規劃，有效地串聯在地綠色資源。期待所提結論與建議有助於現階段發展規劃之實務參考。

This paper takes the rural winery in Erlin Township, which has the highest concentration in Taiwan, as a case study, adopts a mixed method combined with strategic planning, and explores the sustainable strategies of developing its rural winery experience tourism in the form of green tourism. The research results show that the "Local Industry" is the most important aspect. It is recommended that rural winery management should focus on key customer groups, expand cross-industry alliances and cooperation through local networking, plan local in-depth tourism, and extend the overnight economy. Secondly, in terms of "Society & Culture", it is recommended to actively integrate resources of for multiple policies such as major construction, local creation, food agriculture education, and rural regeneration, so as to drive the youth population to return to the community and cross-regional exchanges. Finally, regarding the "environmental ecology", it is necessary to face up to the rural ecology and characteristic industrial landscape as the foundation for the development of green tourism in Erlin Town. It is recommended to give priority to creating a friendly tourism environment, carry out appropriate environmental Endogeneity planning, and effectively connect local green resources. It is hoped that the conclusions and suggestions put forward will contribute to the practical reference for the planning of green tourism.
