渦卷式壓縮機(Scroll Compressor)已被廣泛運用於冷凍空調工業上。本文即在介紹渦卷式壓縮機重要元件之有限單元分析(Finite Element Analysis)流程與方法，並對其分析結果在設計上的應用加以討論說明。

The scroll compressor has been widely used in the compressor industry due to its high efficiency, low vibration, low noise, and high reliability. Because of the importance of the environmental protection, the scroll compressor will have high development potential in the future. In this paper, an introduction to finite element analysis of three main parts of the scroll compressor, including analysis flow and methods are presented. Also, the applications of analysis stress as well as deformation results based on the design considerations of the scroll compressor components are discussed in the end of this paper.
