英文摘要 |
Static bending of a functionally graded twisted Timoshenko beam subjected to distributed transverse loads is analyzed. Functionally graded material properties are assumed to be graded continuously across the thickness direction as a power-law of volume fraction of the constituents. The analytical solution for the static deflection of cantilever twisted beam is then derived. The effects of the twist angle, volume fraction index, and thickness ratio and shear deformation on the static bending characteristics of twist beams are investigated. |
