近年來,組織承諾因被視爲組織中成員表現、留職率、出勤率的主要潛在因素,而逐漸受到重視。 學校是一個正式的組織,教師是否認同學校,是否願意爲學校奉獻心力,是否願意多花時間留在學校做好份內的工作,這些因素都是影響學校是否達成教育目標的重要關鍵。 因此,本文擬就組織承諾之相關議題作一簡介,並進一步提出提昇教師組織承諾及組織效能之建議。 |
英文摘要 |
Recently, organizational promise is gaining attention because of its being regarded as the main potential element of members' performances and the rates of staying and rates of presence. A school is an official organization and such factors as if teachers identify the school, if they have a will to devote themselves to the school, and if they would like to spend much time staying at the school and doing well on their jobs, are important keys to affect the school's achievements of its educational goals. Therefore, this study introduces issues on organizational promise and further suggests ways of improving teachers' organizational promise and organizational effects. |
