隨著教育改革、終身學習社會的來臨,針對教師的生涯發展需求與歷程而言,現代教師的確面臨了一些過去所未曾接觸到的挑戰。由於過去對於教師的生涯發展與生涯進階的觀念並未有深切與完整的了解與認識,故在教師生涯展與生涯進階的理念與作法上,均有待進一步的宣導與提倡。唯有透過生涯規劃來提昇個人的專業成長,才是身爲現代教師所應戮力的目標。 本文希望從生涯發展的觀點,先探討教師生涯發展的理論,再分析教師工作的特性與路徑及教師生涯規劃步驟,最後就教師生涯規劃提出一些建議,期能提供教師生涯發展與規劃之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
Because of educational reform and lifelong-learning society, the present teachers must deal with new challenge they never did before to meet the demand of career development. But seldom of them have complete conception in the field of career development planning, how to provide further conception and direction will be the most important goal to the teacher. From the view of career development, the paper discussed the theory of teacher's career development at first. Then, it analyzed characters of teacher's job and the step of teacher career planning. Finally, we will offer some suggestion of teacher career planning. We hope the result of the paper is useful to the teachers. |
