懸吊運動治療(Sling Exercise Therapy, S.E.T)是近年來使用在復健與體適能常用的輔助訓練器材,器材簡單卻有許多應用方法與技巧來使用。最早的概念是由德國發展,主要是基於透過懸吊可以減少重力影響,使傷者易於復健。懸吊運動也可以刺激並訓練本體感覺與神經動作的控制,如果能有效地使用懸吊運動,相信對健康的生活是很有幫助的。本篇整合懸吊運動發展的歷史,以及懸吊運動的概念與應用,最後是學者們對懸吊運動的研究成效。
