阻力運動對高血壓族群之效益

本文分析阻力運動對高血壓的影響,先前研究認為高血壓族群的血管管壁細胞無法分泌血管擴張因子使血流對管壁的衝擊降低,因此,阻力運動所引起的劇烈血壓上升,不利於高血壓族群進行此種運動。近期研究顯示有氧運動可降低血漿中血管內皮細胞內皮素-1的濃度,進而預防高血壓與粥樣動脈硬化的形成,相對地,阻力運動可增加肌肉質量、加強心血管系統的復健。目前建議的阻力運動模式為循環且動態式訓練,建議重量為40-80% 1 RM且每組間隔30秒至3分鐘。未來研究方向需同時記錄運動中血壓變化,瞭解不同阻力運動模式、強度、頻率、次數狀況下之血壓反應,目前已知運動中血壓上升起因於機械感壓受器,除此原因外,是否仍有其他機制控制血壓,也是未來研究者需探討的目標。
